Jennifer Sartor

VP, Compliance & Privacy, United Urology Group

Jennifer Sartor, PhD, CHC, CHPC, CHRC, joined United Urology Group as the Vice President of Compliance and Privacy in 2021. She oversees the UUG compliance program and proactively develops the compliance infrastructure in partnership with other departments. Ms. Sartor has over 15 years of healthcare compliance experience, most recently serving as the Vice President of Compliance and Privacy at National Spine and Pain Centers, a management services organization affiliated with over 140 interventional pain management clinics and ASCs in 11 states. Prior to National Spine and Pain, she worked for Nuvasive Clinical Services, Inc., where she oversaw compliance and quality initiatives.

Ms. Sartor holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from The Johns Hopkins University, where she also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in neuroscience. As an undergraduate, she attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She holds several certifications in Compliance, including a Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), a Certification in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC), and a Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC). She has spoken at many national conferences on building, implementing, and maintaining an effective corporate compliance program.
